About quotes
Can you quote from photos?
Often, yes. For a cylinder or a Rinnai Infinity unit, a photo of the unit, one of the pipework and valves, and a wider shot of where it sits usually tell us enough to price it. If not, we'll come and look, free.
How quickly will I hear back?
We send written quotes the day you ask. If you call while we're on a job it goes to voicemail, and we ring back as soon as we're clear.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes?
No. Quotes are free, whether from photos or a site visit.
How soon can the job happen?
Non-urgent jobs are usually done within a week of the quote being accepted. For urgent hot water and gas problems, call and we'll do our best to get there sooner, including after hours.
