We’re based in Hillcrest, so a job here is only minutes away. Hillcrest, Hamilton East and Silverdale are a mix of character villas, 1950s and 60s brick homes and newer infill, plus a lot of rentals around the university. That mix means a bit of everything: low-pressure cylinders due for a mains-pressure upgrade, old pipework and mixers that leak, gas hobs going in during kitchen renovations, and the drainage that comes with an extension. We’ve done a down pipe and leaking tap job in our own neighbourhood, and replumbed a villa renovation nearby from the kitchen through to the drains.

For renovations we do the plumbing side alongside your builder, from rough-in to fixtures. Do you do rentals around the university?
Yes. Hamilton East and Hillcrest have a lot of rentals, and we work with property managers on them: taps, toilets, cylinders, gas certificates, with photos and the invoice to the agency. There's a property managers page with how that runs.
Our house is a 1960s brick and tile. Is the plumbing a problem?
Not usually, but these houses often still have low-pressure cylinders and older pipework. When the cylinder goes, it's a good time to look at mains pressure, and we check the pipes can take it first.
How quickly can you come?
We're minutes away. Non-urgent jobs are usually done within the week, and for a leak or no hot water, call and we'll fit you in as soon as we can.
