Hot water questions
Can you fix it, or does the cylinder have to be replaced?
Often a valve, element or thermostat fixes it for a fraction of a new cylinder. We check that first and tell you straight. If the tank itself is leaking, that's when it needs replacing.
How fast can you get hot water back on?
Repairs are usually quick once we're there. A like-for-like cylinder swap is normally done in a day. Call us and we'll tell you where you sit in the week.
Do you do Rinnai Infinity units?
Yes. Faults, servicing, replacements and conversions to a hot water heat pump. We recommend Rinnai for gas and Rheem for electric cylinders, and we're not tied to either.
